A great feature about this timer is that there is a cover over the segments so they are protected from being changed by accident which may cause major issues.
When used in conjunction with HID lighting it is recommended that contactors are used to prevent overload and timer failure. If no contactor is used the warranty is invalidated.
All P&G timers need to be returned for testing to the manufacturer when found faulty.
