The 315w Maxibright Daylight CDM is an extremely efficient CDM ( ceramic discharge metal halide lighting system ) with a spectral output similar to natural sun light. Plants grown with these lights form more lateral growth, better internodal spacing and higher quality yields. CDM’s are ideal for propagating, vegetating and as supplemental lighting alongside HPS flowering lights.
Maxigrow has tested other recently released 315W ballasts. Our tests found that these ballasts do not run the Philips 315W Daylight lamps correctly; spectrum, performance and lamp life could be affected. We can only guarantee the Philips 315W lamps with the Maxibright Daylight 315 ballast.
